WILMINGTON, MA — The Department of Planning & Conservation, on behalf of the Wilmington Planning Board, presents amended Town of Wilmington Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land to be discussed at a public hearing at the Wilmington Planning Board meeting on September 10, 2019. The public hearing will be held at 7:30PM in Room 9 of the Town Hall, 121 Glen Road.
The draft Rules and Regulations include revised, modernized language and updates to design and construction specifications. Additional details are included in the draft, which is posted on the Department of Planning & Conservation page of the Town’s website.
