WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, August 18, 2019:
- Police noted two vehicles in the parking lot at NER Construction on Woburn Street are sharing the same license plate. One vehicle is a pickup truck and one is a Cadillac. Police will return in the morning to confiscate the plates. (12:54am)
- Police received a call of a teen male riding in the middle of road on Main Street. Police were unable to locate. (10:57am)
- A caller reported a resident in the area of High Street disposed of a couple of large mirrors. The way the mirrors were angled on the side of the road was causing the sun to reflect into oncoming traffic. Police moved the mirrors. (12:00pm)
- Police and Fire responded to a 2-vehicle crash at Middlesex Avenue and Pleasant Road. Both vehicles towed. One driver was issued a citation for failure to yield and stop sign violation. (2:28pm)
- A caller reported her son left his iPhone at the Shawsheen School’s park. When he returned, it was gone. Phone is a Black Galaxy Samsung S9 Plus in a black case. (4:00pm)
- A caller reported a dog statue near a grave was missing from the Wildwood Cemetery. Police advised caller to contact DPW as it may have been moved for mowing purposes. (6:46pm)
- Cathy Lynn-Harriman Ober (45, Wilmington) was arrested on a warrant and motor vehicle light violation. (7:39pm)
- A juvenile went missing from the Milestone Group Home on High Street after walking away from the program. Police entered child into NCIC. (7:57pm)
