POLICE LOG for July 19: Bad Day For One Family With Arrest & Summons

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, July 19, 2019:

  • Animal Control Officer rescued an injured goose from Ballardvale Street and brought to Tufts Veterinary Hospital (8:59am).
  • A caller reported the entrance to Gentle Giant is closed for paving and tractor trailers are parking along Burlington Avenue and Route 62 bridge. Police responded and advised pavers and truck drivers. (12:05pm)
  • Gonzalo Gomez Jurado (27, North Andover) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Speeding In Violation Of Special Regulation.  Jurado was pulled over on Route 125. (9:00pm)
  • Juan Jurado (22, North Andover) was arrested on a warrant. Jurado was pulled over on Route 125 for a defective equipment violation. (9:34pm)
