WILMINGTON, MA — Below is information on two fall trips being offered by the Wilmington Recreation Department:
Northeast Historical Tour – September 6 – 15: $2,650 p.p.d.o. This inclusive trip features stops in NYC, Philadelphia, Gettysburg Battlefield, Colonial Williamsburg, Monticello, the Smithsonian Museums and much more. This trip includes roundtrip transportation from Wilmington, 13 meals, highly rated hotels and much more. As our customers say, “Just sign up and show up!” for a great travel experience.
Fun in Vermont – Saturday, October 26: $95. First, we are headed to the amazing workshops of Simon Pearce to be mesmerized by the glassblowers at work. You will have time to visit the showrooms where the gorgeous works of art are sold. Then we are off to have lunch at the historic Queechee Inn where we will enjoy fine cuisine and stunning views. Finally, we will spend some time at King Arthur Flour for a short cooking demo, browsing thousands of ingredients and kitchen tools and a chance to purchase a yummy bakery treat.
