POLICE LOG for May 28: Animals Crossing Street Causes Crash; Late Night Visit To Girlfriend’s House Leads To Call To Police

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, May 28, 2019:

  • A Cushing Drive caller reported a vehicle pulled up in front of his house and a male party came up onto his porch, then proceeded over to a nearby house where he met up with another woman. He found it suspicious. Police responded. The male party came over to see his girlfriend and stopped at the wrong house. (2:35am)
  • A truck lost its load of lumber at Middlesex Avenue and Glen Road. Police responded. Truck driver was properly securing load. (10:56am)
  • A caller reported a lawn service employee behaved inappropriately while visiting their home today. (4:32pm)
  • A 2-vehicle crash took place on Chestnut Street. One driver stopped abruptly for animals crossing the street. One vehicle was towed. No injuries reported. (5:22pm)
