POLICE LOG for May 25: Wilmington Man Issued Summons; Woburn Man Arrested; Shed Fire; Dogs At Yentile

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, May 25, 2019:

  • Fire and police responded to a shed fire on Coolidge Road. (3:55am)
  • Police reported trash in the corner of the high school’s student parking lot. DPW notified. (7:26am)
  • John A. Ruplis III (37, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle with Suspended License and License Not In Possession. Ruplis was pulled over at Salem Street and Anthony Avenue. (5:17pm)
  • Police notified DPW of a large pot hole on Lake Street. (6:36pm)
  • Police received an anonymous complaint of multiple dogs at the Yentile Farm Recreational Facility. Police responded and advised several dog owners. (6:57pm)
  • A Shawsheen Avenue resident reported he is away, but received an alert on his phone of 2 male parties walking through his backyard. Neighbors also saw the 2 men and believed they were using the yard as a cut-through. Police were unable to locate the men. Caller was updated and requested extra patrols for the weekend. (9:03pm)
  • Jared J. Staffier (32, Woburn) was arrested on a warrant. Police arrested him on Middlesex Avenue. (9:55pm)
