WALTHAM, MA — NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, recently announced that Erminio Grasso, of Tewksbury, has been appointed the role of chief operating officer at Coldwell Bank Residential Brokerage in New England. In this position, Grasso will manage the daily operations of the company’s 85 offices and over 4,000 affiliated sales associates and staff across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island.
Prior to this role, Grasso served for eight years as the company’s regional vice president for central New England North region. During this time, Grasso managed 14 offices across Northeastern Massachusetts. Before his role as regional vice president, Grasso was the sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Andover office, where he was responsible for the day-to-day sale and operations of 79 sales associate serving Andover and the surrounding communities in the Merrimack Valley.
With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Grasso joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate. Within about a year, Grasso was promoted to sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Haverhill. He later took over as manager of the company’s Andover office. He was awarded the prestigious President’s Council award in 2010. This highly coveted honor recognizes managers in the NRT network who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills.

Prior to his real estate career, Grasso worked in the financial services industry for such companies as New England Financial and Scudder Investments.
Graso graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a member of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and the Northeast Association of Realtors.
