POLICE LOG for May 12: Billerica Man Arrested For OUI; Dispute Between Tow Truck Driver & Car Owner

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, May 12, 2019:

• Police located several beer cans in the area of the path near Ristuccia Arena off Main Street. (12:30am)
• Joseph J. Donovan (50, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle; and Marked Lanes Violation. Donovan was pulled over at Shawsheen Avenue and Moore Street. (1:09am)
• No parking sign knocked down in Elia’s parking lot on Middlesex Avenue. (1:07pm)
• Police responded to a dispute between a tow truck driver attempting to repossess a vehicle and the vehicle owner on Chestnut Street. Police restored the peace. (7:56pm)
