POLICE LOG for April 30: Driver Issued Citation For Unrestrained 3 Year-Old; School Bus Breaks Down; Foxes Under Shed

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, April 30, 2019:

  • Police responded to temporarily disabled LRTA bus on Main Street. Tow company was cancelled once bus started working again. (7:27am)
  • Police issued a citation to a driver for having a 3-year-old child unrestrained in the front seat. (8:36am)
  • Animal Control Officer confirmed a family of foxes living under a shed of Faneuil Drive. (11:20am)
  • Animal Control Officer reported a rooster on a Ballardvale Street property. Owner agreed to have it removed by tomorrow. (12:39pm)
  • Police notified Public Buildings that the Wink-O-Matic on Wildwood Street headed toward Middlesex Avenue is not working. (1:50pm)
  • A school bus (Bus 17) at Roberts Road and Burlington Avenue broke down. Police assisted with moving students from one bus to another. (3:24pm)
  • A caller reported a stray dog at the Town Dog Park. (5:59pm)
  • Woodside Avenue at corner of Mass Avenue appears to have been struck by a vehicle. (6:22pm)
