WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, April 20, 2019:
- Police transported a party off 93 South and dropped them off at the Dunkin Donuts on Ballardvale Street. (7:40am)
- A Randolph Road resident requested extra traffic patrols in the area due to speeding. (9:14am)
- A walk-in party brought a fallen North Washington Street street sign to the station. Police notified DPW. (9:28am)
- A caller reported people partying in a parking lot on Middlesex Avenue and leaving trash everywhere. Caller requested extra evening patrols. (12:25pm)
- A caller reported a male party was making verbal threats while she was at church yesterday. Police investigated and found the situation was not as reported. (4:12pm)
- Residents moved a large snapping turtle out of the roadway at Shawsheen Avenue and Canal Street. (4:17pm)
- A caller reported her parked vehicle was struck while in the Market Basket parking lot. (7:22pm)
- State Police handled a 2-vehicle crash with injury at 93 South Exit 41 ramp. Police assisted by blocking lanes for tow truck. (10:17pm)
