POLICE LOG for April 5: Boy Riding Bike Struck By SUV; Counterfeit Money Passed At Market Basket; Creepy Target Customer?

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, April 5, 2019:

  • A caller reported his jacket and wallet were stolen from the Planet Fitness locker room. The jacket and wallet were later found in the locker room for the manager. (8:52am)
  • Market Basket reported it received a counterfeit $100 bill yesterday. Police retrieved bill from courtesy booth.  (8:56am)
  • A caller reported a man in Target was taking pictures of other customers. Police responded and spoke with the store’s security. (12:48pm)
  • A 12-year-old riding his bike was struck by a vehicle at the Shawsheen Elementary School. No injuries noted. (4:57pm)
