POLICE LOG for March 27: Traffic Complaints; Water Main Leak

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, March 27, 2019:

  • The owner of RMA Fitness reported a tractor trailer unit parked in his parking lot and when asked to move, he refused. Police responded and advised driver to move. He agreed. (4:49am)
  • An Apache Way caller reported a black Jeep Cherokee pulled up to their house. A party got out and attempted to open the front door. Police responded. Vehicle was gone upon arrival. A summons from the constables department had been left on the front door. (11:58am)
  • A Deming Way Ext. caller reported their social security number was compromised. (1:00pm)
  • 2-vehicle crash at Target. No injuries reported. (2:08pm)
  • A caller reported a small sedan with a loud exhaust travels at a high rate of speed from Whipple Road in Billerica onto Nichols Street each morning. Caller requested extra patrols or speed trailer. (2:28pm)
  • A caller reported water was leaking from the ground at the end of Morse Avenue. Police confirmed and notified the Water Department. (6:22pm)
