POLICE LOG for March 22: Driver Arrested; Truck vs. Deer; Injured Turkey

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, March 22, 2019:

  • Police participated in a SWAT team call out to Methuen. (12:37am)
  • Animal Control Officer responded to report of a limping turkey on Butters Row. Turkey flew away as officer approached. (7:53am)
  • A caller reported a grey Camry brake checked her all the way down Glen Road. Police unable to locate vehicle. (5:58pm)
  • Fridrik V. Fridrikkson (34, Beverly) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. Police responded after caller reported a vehicle had been outside his residence for a prolonged period. (6:43pm)
  • A Ford F150 struck a deer on Concord Street. (8:09pm)
  • Public Buildings reported an object was thrown a window at the Library. Officer on scene stated not as reported — accidental damage. (9:25pm)
