RMLD Gauging Interest From Wilmington Businesses On Installing Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

READING, MA — The transportation industry is shifting toward electrification. Plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) decrease greenhouse gas emissions and offer significant cost saving opportunities for PEV owners.

A key element in the continued growth of PEVs is charging infrastructure. RMLD is exploring grant opportunities and other potential programs, and would like to hear from local businesses that may be interested in installing an electric vehicle charging station at their facility. Providing chargers for visitors and patrons is a great way to attract business while making a commitment to a healthier environment.

If your organization may be interested in installing an electric vehicle charging station at your facility, please complete THIS SHORT SURVEY. The survey is primarily to gauge interest from local businesses. The information collected may also be used to develop potential future programs.

(NOTE: The above announcement is from RMLD.)
