WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, March 19, 2019:
- A 3-vehicle crash occurred at Salem Street and Jordan Street. 1 driver had a head laceration. 1 vehicle crashed into pole and was towed. (7:30am)
- A 2-vehicle crash, involving a tractor trailer, occurred at Woburn Street and Concord Street. Intersection completely blocked. Tractor trailer’s container is empty, usually carries chemicals. Operator of tractor trailer issued a citation for a red light violation. (8:08am)
- A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Main Street and Mass Avenue. Significant damage to both vehicles. No injuries noted. Both vehicles towed. (2:21pm)
- A hit and run occurred in the Market Basket parking lot. A carriage was pushed into a vehicle by another vehicle. (4:27pm)
- Police had a presence at the Finance Committee Meeting at Town Hall. (7:15pm)
- A caller reported possible drug activity in a Burlington Avenue parking lot. Vehicle was gone by the time police arrived. (8:22pm)
