POLICE LOG for March 14: Lawrence Man Arrested; Dryer Fire; Stolen Package?

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, March 14, 2019:

  • Eddi Noe Solorzano-Soto (27, Lawrence) was arrested on a Warrant; Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; and Speeding in Violation of a Special Regulation. Solorzano-Soto was arrested near the North Intermediate School on Salem Street. (6:39am)
  • An Evergreen Drive resident reported she did not receive a package that was delivered to her residence. (1:18pm)
  • A small child stated she was in a vehicle in a driveway and that the babysitter went inside the home and has been gone for some time. Child stated she was in a white SUV.  Police located the child. Child had been left for a couple of minutes watching a movie on a cell phone. When the movie stopped, the child pressed buttons which promoted 911 to be dialed. Adults were monitoring the vehicle. Situation checked OK. (1:46pm)
  • Fire Department responded to a possible dryer fire on Marion Street. (2:54pm)
  • A walk-in party reported vandalism to his father’s vehicle. His grill was cracked while he was parked at Target. (6:36pm)
