POLICE LOG for March 12: Wilmington Man Issued Summons; Resident Comes Home To Wide Open Front Door

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, March 12, 2019:

  • James P. Mutter (61, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Licensed Revoked For OUI; Motor Vehicle Lights Violation; and Failure To Wear Seat Belt. (2:47am)
  • A license plate was found behind Wilmington High School. License plate was left at front desk. Owner was tracked down and came to pick up. (8:19am)
  • A caller reported an erratic olive green-colored Infiniti SUV crossing double yellow lines on Church Street. Police unable to locate. (1:35pm)
  • A Carolyn Road resident reported front door of house was wide open upon returning home. Police conducted walkthrough. Checks OK. (3:48pm)
  • Police received a 911 call stating he was testing his pendant. Police responded. Resident said he bought a pendant off QVC and was setting it up per instructions. (4:33pm)
  • An employee from Savers reported two individuals were on the train tracks and believed they may be spray painting. Police unable to locate. (6:48pm)
