POLICE LOG for March 9: Wilmington Woman Arrested On OUI; Kids Graffiti Business; Car Crashes Into Backyard

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights of the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, March 9, 2019:

  • A caller reported being followed on 93 from New Hampshire by a small grey or blue vehicle with no front plate. Caller lost vehicle around High School and drove to station to speak with an officer. (9:08am)
  • Police notified DPW of a cracked pipe at Suncrest Avenue and Meadow Lane. (11:30am)
  • A vehicle struck a trailer in a yard on West Street, went through fence, and wound up in backyard. No injuries noted. (12:01pm)
  • Jane Stuart (50, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle; and Marked Lanes Violation. Police received report of an erratic operator swerving into oncoming traffic on West Street. Driver also reportedly struck a mailbox and snowbank on West Street. (4:17pm)
  • A passerby reported three juveniles spray painted “614 GHOST” on the rear of TJ Maxx in the Wilmington Plaza. Police unable to locate juveniles. (5:51pm)
