POLICE LOG for February 27: Police Necessary At ZBA Meeting; Police Respond To Bomb Threat At Tewksbury School

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, February 27, 2019:

  • Police responded to bomb threat at Tewksbury Middle School as part of NEMLEC call out. (7:29am)
  • Police issued a citation to a driver for not having a child in restraints or car seat. Police donated an infant carrier to the driver. (11:50am)
  • Police arrived at Town Hall and were on “stand by” during the Board of Appeals Meeting. (7:13pm)
  • Town Manager reported a red sedan was idling in the Town Hall parking lot with no lights on. Police responded. A male party, currently homeless, was sleeping in the vehicle. Police advised him to park elsewhere. (10:21pm)
