WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Saturday, March 1, 2019:
#1) Deadline To Get Your Free House Numbers
In the event of a fire or emergency, can public safety find your home?
The Wilmington Community Fund has launched their “House Numbers for Safety” campaign, aimed to help both residents and first responders in the event of an emergency. Often times, first responders can be delayed responding to a call when homes are not properly identified. WCF is offering free house numbers to Wilmington residents to ensure their homes are easily located in an emergency.
To receive complimentary house numbers, please complete THIS FORM by Friday, March 1, 2019.
Paper forms are also available at the Town Hall, Senior Center or Wilmington Memorial Library. Note: phone requests cannot be honored.
Residents will be required to pick up their requested numbers on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 4th of July Headquarters between 9am and noon. Please note the date and time on your calendars.
