WILMINGTON, MA — At Monday’s Board of Selectmen’s meeting, Town Manager Jeff Hull announced that only four petitioned articles were submitted by residents for inclusion on this year’s Annual Town Meeting warrant.
Jean Marie Cole is petitioning to purchase town-owned land on Canyon Street (Map 16, Parcels 59).
Charles Fleming is petitioning to rezone 14 Royal Street and 15-17 Royal Street (Map 84, Parcels 11, 15-17) from Residential 60 (R60) to Residential 10 (R10).
David Brabant is petitioning to rezone 47 and 54 McDonald Road (Map 84, Parcels 54 & 63A) from Residential 60 (R60) to Residential 10 (R10).
Adam J. Silva is seeking authorization to petition the state legislature to allow his test results from 2018 (and future results) be allowed for any employment consideration as a firefighter.
The deadline to submit petitioned articles was February 1.
