WILMINGTON, MA — Kerin Jean Parker, age 37, a long-time resident of Wilmington, passed away on January 30, 2019 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington.
Kerin was born on November 21, 1981 in Lowell, MA; she was the cherished daughter of Debra (White) Parker of Wilmington and the late Dennis Parker. Kerin was raised in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School with the Class of 1999.
Kerin worked as a daycare worker at the Wonder Years Learning Center in Wilmington. Over the summer, she worked at the Girl Scouts Camp in Andover. Kerin loved children and enjoyed playing games and making crafts with the kids.
Kerin enjoyed dressing up and being creative with her hair & make-up. She was very fashionable and loved to accessorize. Kerin also loved animals; she was very nurturing and enjoyed caring for them.
Kerin was the loving granddaughter of Barbara White of Wilmington, dear niece of Nancy Markgren & her husband Russ of Wells, ME, Cindy Barcellos & her husband Michael of Wilmington, cousin of Lucas Markgren, Derek Markgren & his wife Megan, Stefany Barcellos and Kate Barcellos. Kerin is also survived by her Parker aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will gather for Visitation at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave., (Rte. 62) Wilmington, on Monday, February 4th from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.
Memorial donations in Kerin’s name may be made to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
