POLICE LOG for January 15: Man Arrested On Warrant; Driver Issued Summons; Water Main Break

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, January 15, 2019:

  • Police reported a water main break on Concord Street by the 93 North ramp, causing icy road conditions. Police notified DPW for sander, Fire Department, and Cummings Property. (1:09am)
  • A Woburn Street resident had a water line break in his driveway. Police contacted Water Department. (2:22am)
  • Richard George Chiachio (49, Hampstead, NH) was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines/costs/motor vehicle violations. (10:16am)
  • A walk-in party reported fraud on her checking account. (12:44pm)
  • James G. Gochis (59, Burlington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked License and License Not In Possession. (3:07pm)
  • A Boutwell Street caller reported a grey Taurus struck his neighbor’s trash cans and possibly swiped a telephone pole, taking mirror of passenger side. Police responded. Vehicle not in area. Police noted mailbox was broken as well. (4:41pm)
