WILMINGTON, MA — Joseph DeCristoforo of Wilmington is the first $1 million prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Cash in a Flash” newest instant game.
DeCristoforo claimed his winnings at the Lottery’s headquarters in Braintree on January 9, 2019 and received a one-time payment of $1,000,000 (less tax withholdings).
He purchased his winning ticket Hobart’s Country Store, 2514 Main Street in Tewksbury. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
There are fifteen $1,000,000 prizes remaining in this $10 instant game.
