WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, January 11, 2019:
- Police reported a bag trash was thrown on the side of the road on West Street, near the overpass. Police notified DPW. (1:50pm)
- A walk-in party reported a fraud attempt on her bank account. (5:36pm)
- A caller reported two males were sitting in their vehicle with ski masks on Avalon Drive. Police responded. Parties went inside and were advised on wearing ski masks inside a motor vehicle. (7:17pm0
- A Woburn Street caller reported his disabled vehicle was leaking gas into a storm drain. Fire Department and AAA responded. (8:38pm)
- Police, Fire & State Police responded to a car fire on 93 South, near Exit 38. 93 South was completely shut down during the fire. (8:44pm)
- A caller stated a male in a white van slammed his car door in the Planet Fitness parking lot and that made him feel uncomfortable. Police responded. Male was just going to the gym. Checked OK. (10:08pm)
