#1) Senior Center Celebrates New Year’s
The Wilmington Senior Center is celebrating the New Year with appetizers and fun from 1pm to 3pm. Call the Center at 978-657-7595 to register for this popular event. Tickets cost $5.00.
#2) Drop-In Meditation At Wilmington Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a meditation class at 12:30pm. Join technology librarian Brad McKenna for his weekly drop-in meditation sessions. It will be a mixture of silent and guided meditations. The Insight Timer app will be used so you can continue your practice at home.
#3) All You Can Read Buffett At Wilmington Library
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding its popular martathon read and eat-in event for Grades 4 and 8 from 1pm to 5pm. Bring something comfortable to lounge upon and read away. Munch on yummy snacks, enjoy a hot chocolate topping bar, and finish with a pizza party. Register HERE.
#4) Flu Clinic For Wilmington Kids At Town Hall
The Town of Wilmington is holding a Flu Clinic for Wilmington children (ages 5 to 18) from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Free of charge. By appointment only. Register and more info HERE.
#5) WHS Girls & Boys Track, Boys Hockey in Action
The Wilmington High School Girls & Boys Track Teams battle Wakefield High at 1pm at Boston University, while the Boys Varsity Hockey Team is participating in the Haverhill Holiday Tournament at 7pm.
