WILMINGTON, MA — At a recent Wilmington School Committee Meeting, Superintendent Dr. Glenn Brand announced the members of the district’s Strategic Planning Committee:

“I want to thank all those who expressed an interest in participating,” said Brand. “We, frankly, had far more people interested in serving that we had spaces for. This is a large committee, but I hope you’ll agree it really represents all our key statekholders throughout the community.”
“The primary purpose of the strategic planning process is to collectively develop a thoughtful, comprehensive and detailed plan that clearly identifies the priorities that it is believed will help drive our district forward in the coming years,” according to Brand.
The Committee began its work on December 13, and has additional meetings planned for February 14, March 15, and May 6.
Dr. Lori Likis, the Principal Consultant of Creative Coaching for School Improvement, is serving as the Committee’s facilitator.
