Business Sharks
Does your child have an entrepreneurial spirit? The Wilmington Recreation Department is proud to present our new offering, “Business Sharks,” for children in grades 2 – 5. In this program, students start with an idea or product and learn the process to make it a reality! Children will develop prototypes, formulate a business plan and devise a marketing strategy. Throughout this process, topics such as wages, profits and branding will be considered. The class concludes with our young executives pitching their ideas to a “Shark Tank” panel of parents. This class will be held on Tuesdays, January 8 – February 12, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Cost is $115.
