WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Monday, December 17, 2018:
#1) WHS Boys & Girls Basketball Fundraiser at Chipotle
Want some good food while supporting a great cause? The WHS Boys & Girls Basketball programs are hosting a fundraiser at the Woburn Chipotle (112 Commerce Way) from 5pm to 9pm. All you need to do is bring the flyer below (print it out or show it on your phone) and 33% of your check will go to Wilmington High’s basketball teams. This is for dine-in or take-out. It’s an easy and delicious way to support the station.

#2) Wilmington SEPAC Meeting
The Wilmington Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) is meeting at 6:30pm in the Wilmington High School Library. Read the full agenda HERE.
#3) Wildwood & Boutwell School Advisory Council
The Wildwood & Boutwell School Advisory Council (SAC) meets from 9:30am to 10:30am in the Boutwell’s Conference Room. Topics include the 2019-2020 Budget Update, School Improvement Goal Update, & Superintendent Entry Plan. Read the full agenda HERE.
#4) DEADLINE: Senior Center Giving Tree
The Wilmington Senior Center is once again hosting a Giving Tree in its lobby this holiday season. The tree contains written ornaments stating needed gifts for the seniors of Wilmington. The tree gives the community the opportunity to help other people in town. The public is invited to come down to the Center and choose an ornament from the tree. Wrapped gifts (with tag) must be returned to the Center by the week of December 17 to make sure they will be delivered in time. These gifts are personally delivered to bring a bit of holiday cheer to Wilmington seniors. #5) Wilmington Job Seekers Network Meeting
The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a meeting of its networking group at 10am. Is your resume getting your foot in the door but you’re not advancing beyond the interview? Come and learn the best practices of a successful job interview! We will discuss research, CAR Statements, post-interview follow-up and the importance of non-work related activities.
