WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a recent announcement from the Wilmington Recreation Department:
Floor Hockey
You asked for it, and we listened! In recent months, several parents have asked us to try and include more options for older children, so we’re proud to announce the following:
Floor Hockey is offered by the same group that supervises the Flag Football League (SNL Sports Academy). This co-ed program will feature organized teams (formed weekly) and refereed games. All equipment is provided, but you may bring your own floor hockey stick if you choose. Grades 6-8 will play from 1:15-2:15 p.m. and grades 9-12 will play from 2:15-3:15 p.m. on Saturdays, Jan. 5 – Feb 9. Cost is $120.
