POLICE LOG for October 27: Somerville Man Arrested On 5 Charges; Tewksbury Man Issued Summons; Trees Down

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, October 27, 2018:

  • Police arrested Adam Jensen (33, Somerville) for Assault With A Dangerous Weapon; Failure To Stop For Police (x2); Threat To Commit A Crime; & Witness Intimidation. Police responded after a caller reported a possible road rage incident. (11:44am)
  • A caller reported portion of Andover Street is flooding prior to Ashwood Avenue, and on Route 62 near Eames Row. Wilmington DPW cannot fix issues on Andover Street. Mass Highway notified regarding Route 62. (4:18pm)
  • A resident reported a large tree down the roadway on Federal Street. Wilmington DPW notified. (4:56pm)
  • A resident reported a large tree down the roadway on Church Street. Power lines possibly affected. Fire Department responded to odor of smoke inside nearby residence. (5:18pm)
  • Police issued a summons to Andrew Perkins (32, Tewksbury) for Operating A Motor Vehicle with a Suspended or Revoked License; No Or Inspired Expiration Sticker; and Miscellaneous Motor Vehicle Equipment Violation. (9:22pm)
