POLICE LOG for October 8: Driver Arrested; Dog Attack; Social Security Card Goes Missing; Pokemon Go No No

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, October 8, 2018:

  • Jesse Jay Leverone (25, Chelmsford) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked License and Speeding. Leverone was pulled over on Shawsheen Avenue. (1:03am)
  • A Salem Street resident reported a missing social security card taken from their mailbox. (11:19am)
  • A caller reported he was walking his dog on Shady Lane Drive and a large white poodle-type dog ran out and attacked his dog, causing it to bleed. Caller stated this is the third time the dog has attacked his dog. Animal Control Officer to follow up. (7:24pm)
  • Police checked on a party pulled over near Cumberland Farms on Bridge Lane. Vehicle had its flashers on. Operator was playing Pokemon Go. (8:05pm)
