WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, October 4, 2018:
- A property owner on Research Drive reported wires cut and copper taken over the past two weeks. (12:52pm)
- A caller reported a hit & run at Salem Street and Ring Avenue. Caller followed the vehicle down Salem Street to Tewksbury’s 7-11 where a verbal altercation ensued. Police responded and cited the driver for operation after a license suspension, operating to endanger, and leaving the scene of property damage. (3:00pm)
- Animal Control Officer advised cat owner who had a cat stuck in a tree on Westdale Avenue. (3:13pm)
- An Action Medic truck was rear-ended on Lowell Street enroute to a call on 93. (10:38pm)
