WILMINGTON, MA — The Town Hall main phone line will soon be automated. Beginning Monday, October 1, 2018, callers who dial 978-658-3311 will be greeted by an automated department menu, from which a selection can be made to connect with specific departments:
- Option 1: Treasurer & Tax Collector’s Office
- Option 2: Department of Public Works
- Option 3: Building and Health
- Option 4: Town Clerk
- Option 5: Town Manager’s Office, Board of Selectmen, and Human Resources
- Option 6: Recreation Department
- Option 7: Assessor’s Office
- Option 8: Planning & Conservation
- Option 9: Elderly Services & The Buzzell Senior Center
- Option *: Veterans Services
Following the automated menu, callers will be connected to the main receptionist for further assistance. Each department’s direct phone number is still active, while other departments should be dialed directly:
- For emergencies, please dial 9-1-1
- Police (Non-Emergency) including Animal Control: 978-658-5071
- Fire (Non-Emergency): 978-658-3346
- Schools: 978-694-6000
- Wilmington Memorial Library: 978-658-2967
