POLICE LOG for September 25: Tewksbury Man Arrested On Warrant; Assault & Battery Between Co-Workers

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, September 25, 2018:

  • Police notified MassDOT that a deer was struck on 93 North, near Exit 38. (1:53am)
  • A caller reported he was turning right onto Main Street from Middlesex Avenue, headed northbound, and the train gate came down and struck his vehicle. Keolis notified. (4:21pm)
  • Brendan A. Galvin (29, Tewksbury) was arrested on a warrant at Cumberland Farms on Main Street. (4:24pm)
  • Police notified RMLD after a tree fell and leaned on wires, blocking the roadway, on Minkrun Road and Pouliot Place. (4:32pm)
  • L3 Communications on Jonspin Road reported a disgruntled employee was terminated and requested extra patrols. Company was advised if the party returned, contact the station and seek a no trespass order. (5:21pm)
  • A caller reported a tractor trailer unit struck the sign of the Animal Hospital on Burlington Avenue and drove on. Police caught up with trailer. Operator works for Seagate Freight LLC in Grapevine, TX. Hospital was notified of damage. (7:43pm)
  • Police received a report of a past assault & battery between co-workers at Frito Lay on Ballardvale Street. (8:05pm)
