WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Travel Basketball has announced their tryouts for the upcoming 2018-2019 season.
Wilmington Travel Basketball is a competitive basketball program for Wilmington boys and girls in grades 4 through 8. Boys and girls teams play in competitive leagues against teams from neighboring towns and cities. The season begins in early November and ends in early March. Teams will practice two nights per week during that time with most games on weekends. The tryouts will be held at the Wilmington Middle School.
* Every player must attend one tryout to be considered for a team and attendance at both tryouts is strongly recommended.

Monday, September 17th
6:00 – 7:00 PM Grade 6 Boys
7:00 – 8:00 PM Grade 7 Boys
8:00 – 9:00 PM Grade 8 Boys
Tuesday, September 18th
6:00 – 7:00 PM Grade 6 Girls
7:00 – 8:00 PM Grade 7 Girls
8:00 – 9:00 PM Grade 8 Girls
Thursday, September 20th
6:00 – 7:10 PM Grade 4 & 5 Girls
7:10 – 8:20 PM Grade 4 & 5 Boys
Monday, September 24th
6:00 – 7:00 PM Grade 6 Boys
7:00 – 8:00 PM Grade 7 Boys
8:00 – 9:00 PM Grade 8 Boys
Tuesday, September 25th
6:00 – 7:10 PM 4th and 5th Grade Girls
7:10 – 8:20 PM 4th and 5th Grade Boys
Thursday, September 27th
6:00 – 7:00 PM Grade 6 Girls
7:00 – 8:00 PM Grade 7 Girls
8:00 – 9:00 PM Grade 8 Girls
Registration for tryouts will take place the night of each tryout. A parent or guardian must bring their son/daughter to the tryout and complete a waiver form. Please arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled time in order to register. There is no fee to tryout. There will also be a parent informational question/answer session during each tryout session. * Third grade girls will be permitted to tryout at the 4th grade girls tryouts and may be selected for a 4th grade team only to complete a roster.
