POLICE LOG for August 9: Kids Shooting Arrows That Hit House; Irate Customer Trespassed; Injured Baby Deer

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, August 9, 2018:

  • A Norfolk Avenue resident reported a neighbor was putting debris on their property. Police spoke with resident about tree branches on other side of her property and restored the peace. (11:36am)
  • A caller reported locating a baby deer that appears to be in distress on John Street. Deer went into marsh prior to Animal Control Officer’s arrival. (12:19pm)
  • A caller reported an injured coyote in the Castle Drive area. Coyote went back into woods prior to Animal Control Officer’s arrival. (1:58pm)
  • Foot and Ankle Center of Massachusetts on Lowell Street contacted police over an irate customer. Police called customer and advised him he was no longer accepted as a patient and he has been trespassed from the business. (2:19pm)
  • A Forest Street resident reported a solicitor claiming he is from Comcast. Police spoke with solicitor, who had an expire permit from the town. Solicitor will address permit situation at station tomorrow. (6:24pm)
  • A Glen Road caller reported two juveniles were shooting arrows. One of the arrows struck his home. (7:11pm)
