WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, June 30, 2018:
- A Middlesex Avenue caller reported someone was on her property. Caller not sure if person was trying to enter her house. Police responded. A group was looking for a friend who is allegedly intoxicated and on foot. (12:54am)
- A caller reported she saw a male party run into the old Whitefield School property. Police responded. Police located the juvenile male on the Planet Fitness property. Mother arrived and retrieved son. (1:17am)
- A caller reported someone left a small pet carrier against a telephone pole in front of her house on Shawsheen Avenue. She believes something is inside. Police responded. Small reptile cage was empty. (7:34am)
- Police noted train at North Wilmington station was blocking Middlesex Avenue. (7:45am, 3:45pm)
- A hit and run between two cars took place in the CVS parking lot. (11:46am)
- Fire Department responded to mulch fire at Lucci’s plaza. (1:27pm)
- A caller reported occupants of a vehicle on Lowell Street were tossing beer cans out of windows. Police unable to locate. (5:36pm)
- Lt. Buck Drive resident believed his American flag was stolen off his porch. (7:46pm)
