WILMINGTON, MA — Jerry Thornton, author of From Darkness to Dynasty: The First 40 Years of the New England Patriots, spoke at the Wilmington Memorial Library on Monday, June 4.
Thornton discussed his new book, sharing stories from the team’s early years. He also took questions from the audience and signed and sold copies of his book.
Thornton, a former longtime WEEI radio personality, writes daily for Barstool Sports, co-hosts their NFL podcast Laces Out, and is a stand-up comic.
The program was sponsored, in part, by a grant from the Wilmington Cultural Council, a local agency supported the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
