POLICE LOG for June 9: OUI Arrest; Car vs. Rock Wall; Truck vs. Stop Sign; Syringe Found

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Saturday, June 9, 2018:

  • Molly Joan Boen (24, Stoughton) was arrested for OUI Liquor. The arrest took place at a female operator was observed possibly sleeping at the entrance of Yentile Farm Recreational Facility on Cross Street. (2:01am)
  • A caller reported a landscaping truck took down a stop sign at the Cross Street and Lowell Street intersection. Police were able to get in touch with the operator. (8:43am)
  • A caller reported numerous vehicles parked on both sides of roadway due to yard sales. Caller stated it was difficult to drive down roadway. Police checked area and felt there was plenty of room to pass. (9:05am)
  • Polie retrieved a syringe in front of a caller’s house on Boutwell Street. (3:10pm)
  • A caller reported a group of juveniles set off fireworks on their property. Group ran towards Revere Avenue. Police were unable to locate. (9:52pm)
  • A vehicle struck a rock wall on Chestnut Street. Fire Department evaluated infant in vehicle. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. (10:51pm)
