POLICE LOG for May 14: Theft at Cemetery, Parking Issues On Adams Street, Social Media Hack

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, May 14, 2018:

  • A driver was waxing his car in the parking lot of Triton Car Wash on Main Street. Police advised him to find a more appropriate place and sent him on his way. (12:46am)
  • A caller reported someone hacked into her social media account. (2:29am)
  • A walk-in party reported balloons were taken from a gravesite at Wildwood Cemetery. (11:03am)
  • A walk-in party reported a past theft from a patient at Woodbriar Nursing Home. (1:17pm)
  • Jane M. Kelly (67, Arlington) was taken into protective custody. Police received report an erratic operator all over the roadway. Kelly was taken into custody at the Shell Gas Station on Main Street. (3:28pm)
  • An Adams Street resident reported several cars were parked illegally, making it difficult for him to get out of the driveway.  2 games were going on at Wilmington High. Police issued 2 citations and were able to get the rest of the vehicles to be moved. (4:17pm)
  • A caller reported her son’s grave has been vandalized. Police learned that the items were damaged and discarded in dumpster. (7:03pm)
