WILMINGTON, MA — Dianna DiGregorio was named the 2018 Wilmington Good Guy at Friday night’s 50th Annual Good Guy Dinner at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus.
The Good Guy Award is “designed to honor that person, male or female, who goes beyond the normal call of duty to make Wilmington a better place in which to live.”
DiGregorio was recognized for her nearly 25 years on the Wilmington Fourth of July Committee and her longtime involvement with the Wilmington Community Fund, for which she currently serves as President. She is a lead volunteer for the Wilmington Food Pantry and the Wilmington Adopt-A-Family Holiday program. Her involvement extends to the Wilmington Memorial Library, where she helps organize the Town Shredding Day and is the brainchild behind the library’s Community Roundtable program. She also served on the library’s Mass Memories Roadshow Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
Wilmington Apple will have more coverage of the dinner in the coming days.
In the meantime, check out these fantastic photos courtesy of Dick Searfoss.
