WOW awards (2) $2,500 We’re One Wilmington Community Service Scholarships to a college-bound senior based on a demonstrated passion for community service and (1) $2,500 Janet Coulouris Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a college-bound senior based on a demonstrated passion for the mental and physical health and welfare of humans or animals.
