POLICE LOG for May 1: 17-Year Old Arrested; Breaking & Entering At Church; ALICE Training At Schools

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, May 1, 2018:

  • An employee at the Wilmington Congregational Church reported a past breaking & entering. (9:19am)
  • Police conducted ALICE training at Boutwell Early Childhood Center. (12:18pm)
  • Police conducted ALICE training at North Intermediate School. (12:52pm)
  • Police issued 2 citations to vehicles blocking entrances/exits to Whitfield parking lot. (1:06pm)
  • A walk-in party turned in old ammunition for destruction. (2:16pm)
  • Police arrested a 17-year-old boy for vandalizing property, assaulting a family member, and assault & battery on a family member. (3:25pm)
  • Police notified DPW that the light on the flag pole at Town Beach is not working. (10:05pm)
  • Police advised a party that the skateboard park at Shawsheen Elementary School was closed and sent him on his way. (10:17pm)
