POLICE LOG for April 25: Warrant Arrest; Needle Found; Sick Deer; Water Main Break

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, April 25, 2018:

  • Police found an abandoned bike on the corner of Willard Circle. Bike was pink and purple. (3:34am)
  • Police notified Water Department of a water main break on Boutwell Street. (5:24am)
  • A hypodermic needle was found in a Crystal Road driveway. Police retrieved for disposal. (12:21pm)
  • Deming Way Housing Manager reported a political candidate is on the grounds and requested an officer. Candidate left upon police arrival. (1:29pm)
  • Police arrested Michael MacDonald (23, Windham, NH) was arrested on two outstanding warrants. (2:33pm)
  • A McDonald Road caller reported a sick or injured deer in the area. Police were unable to locate. (6:26pm)
  • Police notified DPW of a tree in the roadway on Ballardvale Street, blocking half the lane. (11:07pm)
