WILMINGTON, MA — Longtime Wilmington resident Andrea Perdicaro was involved in a serious car crash on Hopkins Street in Wilmington last Friday, April 21.
Andrea, a single mom who has two jobs to support her son, is unable to work for at least two months due to this accident, for which she was not at fault. The goal of the recovery fund is to help with her immediate living expenses while she recuperates from her substantial injuries.
Andrea is active in the community, regularly volunteering at community events and charity races. Among her many ways of giving back, Andrea has volunteered monthly at the Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Book Store Next Door since it opened more than ten years ago. The GoFundMe page organizers are hoping the community she regularly supports will support her in her time of need.
