POLICE LOG for April 23: Driver Issued Summons; 3 Needles Found; Stolen Bike; Dog Park Dispute

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, April 23, 2018:

  • A Market Basket carriage was located on Middlesex Avenue. Police notified Market Basket. (8:56am)
  • An Oakdale Road resident reported their trash barrel was stolen. (10:56am)
  • A caller located three needles by the guardrail on Chestnut Street, by the brook. Police retrieved for disposal. (10:56am)
  • Jeff P. Donahue (47, Boston) was placed in protective custody. The Commuter Rail contacted the police to help remove Donahue from the train. (2:38pm)
  • An Andover Street caller reported her daughter’s purple 6-speed medium sized bicycle has gone missing from her property sometime over the past 48 hours. (4:15pm)
  • Police responded to a verbal argument between two women over their dogs at the Dog Park. Animal Control Officer will advise each on proper dog etiquette. (4:22pm)
  • Justin M. Denorscia (21, Wilmington) was issued a summons for the Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. (5:18pm)
