WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, April 16, 2018:
- A 2-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Lowell Street and Woburn Street. Both vehicles towed. Minor injuries. One driver transported by Fire Department. One driver cited for red light violation. (7:21am)
- People responded to an accidental hold-up alarm at People’s United Bank in Main Street. (3:47pm)
- A caller reported a man looking into parked vehicles at Richdale Convenience Store on Middlesex Avenue. Man was describe as white in his 20-30’s with red hair wearing a blue tie dye sweatshirt. Police were unable to locate. (4:12pm)
- Police notified DPW that a blind driveway sign down on Chestnut Street. (5:09pm)
- Police received report of stolen mailbox on Judith Road. Resident reported that the party ran towards Cedarcrest and had on a white shirt and fled in a vehicle. Another Judith Road home had its mailbox taken. Police left note for the homeowner. Police checked the area and were unable to locate. An Uber driver at the corner of Lawrence and Glendale checked OK. (11:28pm)
