WILMINGTON, MA — Here are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, March 20, 2018:
- Police assisted with a vehicle lockout in Target parking lot. (10:30am)
- A gray 2017 Ford F150 and a white 2003 Ford Taurus were involved in an accident in the Market Basket parking lot. Taurus sideswiped truck as it backed out of spot. Minimal damage. Police assisted with paperwork. (12:35pm)
- A vehicle struck three parked cars in the Market Basket parking lot. Two vehicle were towed. (1:50pm)
- A Harold Avenue caller reported a person was sitting in the woods behind house. Police responded. Party was cutting through the area. Police sent the party on their way. (2:39pm)
- A walk-in party reported she lost a ring at Wilmington United Methodist Church sometime on Sunday. (5:36pm)
- Police received report of an erratic operator on Main Street, striking several snowbanks. Vehicle was heading towards Tewksbury. Police transferred call to Tewksbury Police. (5:38pm)
- Police notified DPW that street sign at North Street and Marcia Road is falling over. (7:12pm)
