Your Values-Based Job Search*RR
Monday, March 26, 10:00 am
Align your job search with what is most important to you! In this workshop you will define the values that are currently guiding your life, discern your core values, and explore the impact an intentionally values-based approach can have on your job search. Led by certified Life Design Coach Dina Crawford, who has over 30 years of experience in the health care field.

Creative Writing Skill Group*RR
Tuesday,
March 27, 7 pm
Learn and apply creative writing tips, tools, and techniques shared by published authors and other writing experts. Open to all who want to improve their creative writing skills and get their work published. Led by local writing enthusiast Barbara Alevras.

This is a new book group that will discuss contemporary books, both fiction and non-fiction, led by Library Director Tina Stewart.  Please stop by the library to pick up a copy of the featured book.

Gardening in Small Spaces *RR
Thursday, March 29, 7 pm
With over 20 years of experience, Jodie Gilson of Gilson Greenhouses will present a talk and demonstration on several types of gardens, like container, raised beds, vertical, and row covering gardening. Learn how to pick the right plants and seeds, how and when to start seeds and root cuttings for your garden type, as well as seed saving techniques.

Dads and Donuts
Saturday, March 24, 10:30 am
Dads and their kids ages two and up are invited to drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and more.  Moms, grandparents and other caregivers are welcome, too! Ages 2-5 and one or more adults 

Pokémon Club *RR
Saturday, March 24, 3 pm
Join other Pokémon lovers to play the game, trade cards and have fun! Grades 1+

PJ Storytime
Monday, March 26, 6:30 pm
Wear your snuggly pajamas, bring your favorite teddy bear or blanket, and enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more! Ages 2-5 and one or more adults

First Look Book Group *RR
Wednesday, March 28, 3 pm
Want to discover the next big thing in YA lit? First Look is for you! Hang out with other teen fiction aficionados and read books hot off the presses! Snacks provided. Grades 6-12

Music and More with Bernadette Baird *RR
Wednesday, March 28, 6:30 pm
Bernadette Baird presents music and movement for toddlers and young children through age three. Sing, play musical instruments and dance. Ages 1-3 

Drop-In Storytime
Friday, March 30, 10:00 am
Drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and a fun craft!  Space is limited. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Ages 2-5 and one or more adults

Escape the Room: Library Edition *RR
Friday, March 30, 1:30-3:30 pm
Competing with a team of up to 8 people, teens must stretch their problem solving skills and escape the room together before the buzzer sounds! Grades 6-12

Library News

Food for Fines
In lieu of fines, the library will accept items for the Wilmington Food Pantry as payment during the month of March. In support of this effort, we ask that the items brought be comparable in cost to the fines owed.
